Bak Kut Teh is undoubtedly one of the most popular Malaysian Chinese dish everywhere. Klang is particularly famous for Bak Kut Teh where you can find many shops and hawker stalls selling it. Different ppl likes different taste of his/her BKT, be it mild, peppery or strong medicinal flavor etc.
Fong Keow offers a very unique flavor in their BKT, neither too mild nor too strong with medicinal taste. The best thing is you get to eat your BKT in a VIP room fit for a King……

They even have VIP rooms. I would definitely love to have my BKT inside this room…..

This Restoran Fong Keow’s BKT is nice compare to Mo San Ko at Pandamaran, it has very strong aromatic taste and best of all, they are NOT STINGY for their BKT soup like many others BKT Shops/Stalls that i’ve visited. They’ve many others nice dishes too. My favorite is the ‘Yam Kong Bak’, ‘Ginseng Chicken’ and ‘Steam Lala’ beside theie delicious aromatic Pot Bah Kut Teh…….

This is one of my favorite Malay Seafood outlet. Before i know about Ai Koipitiam i would bring my muslim friends to this place to eat Halal Seafood. Now i have 2 choice, a Chinese Halal Seafood and a Malay Halal Seafood in Klang for my Muslim friends. Andaman Seafood serves their seafood dish in Kelantan cooking style. My favorite is the Ikan Jenakak/Siakap masak 3 rasa, Kailan Ikan Masin, Udang galah masak Petai, Daging Masak Merah and many more but their Sambal Belacan is a must try. For me, just the Sambal Belacan and Budu (more on Budu) enough for me to whack 2 plates of rice…….

Don’t be deceived by this small mobile stall. This is where the Klang Cendol is serves at Bandar Bukit Tinggi. Make sure you pay this guy a visit. This BBT Klang Cendol does not just serve great cendol dessert, they have the ‘pulut’(to be added into the cendol) and the boss is very friendly…

 

 

Nothing beats slurping a cooling cendol on a hot afternoon. The original cendol which has a thick, creamy coconut milk with soft but not mushy cendol, red kidney beans and sufficient gula melaka syrup. For RM 1.20, it’s certainly a small treat everyone could afford…

 

 

This BBT Klang Cendol looks exactly as it should. Not too much ice. Creamy with lots of gula melaka! Makes a great dessert on a hot day.

 

Cendol is one of the popular desserts mostly favored by the Malaysians. Its basic ingredients are some shaved ice-cubes, coconut milk, palm sugar, red bean and starch noodles with green food coloring. Cendol is regarded as the best quenching drink particularly during the hot day and this BBT Klang Cendol is the best cure…
