Thai Ikan Bakar at Klang Jaya

This is my favourite Ikan Bakar outlet. I’ve known this ikan bakar Uncle like 20-30 years liaw coz he also from Port Klang. Although he is Indian, he speaks fluent Hokkien and Cantonese. I really enjoy the Ikan bakar BBQ by him because his sauce is superlicious. According to this Uncle, his BBQ sauce is the secret recipe from Thai + Malaccan Portuguese + Nyoya Style. His dipping sauce and Sambal for the ikan bakar is fantastic too. Whenever i am there, he surely becomes my beer drinking partner….:D

My Favourites : Ikan Pari Bakar, Ikan Kembung Bakar, Ikan Bawal Bakar, Ikan Siakap Bakar, Kerang Bakar and Sotong Bakar

Spring Golden Restaurant at Sri Muda

We are nearing the end of 2008, so let’s reviewed what we had eaten this year. I’ll be sharing with you some of the finest food found around Klang Valley, KL included. First thing that i would like to share with you is [b]‘Cha Siew’[/b]. I, together with some of myklang forumer have found the best Cha Siew in Klang Valley. Thanks to Garo, who introduced us the lovely Cha Siew in Sri Muda, now we are kinna addicted to it, to me at least. I would visit this Restaurant at Sri Muda at least once a week. So, here’s my review…

My Favourites : Cha Siew, Siew Ngor Pei(Goose Leg/drum), Wantan Mee(soup), Ter Kah Cho(Vinegar pork leg), Yau Choy(Vege), Siew Yok and Siew Cheong, Siew Kai(roasted chicken)
Service : Good
Price : Reasonable
