Prawn Noodle at Taman Eng Ann
This is the sambal for the Prawn Noodle at Taman Eng Ann, Klang. Went there for breakfast last Sunday(23/3/08) with ighosts and 8dee, friends from myklang forum. This noodle shop is just behind the Taman Eng Ann Hawker Center. I ordered the soup prawn noodle while 8dee ordered the dry type and to my surprise Ighost ordered both the soup noodle and the dry type. He normally don’t eat so much during breakfast but this prawn mee really make him drool. All agreed on the same drink, kopi-o peng kow~!
The food tasted reasonably good. It was slightly different from most other prawn mees that I have eaten. The soup had more of a seafood taste, and thus making it taste more authentic. The Prawn Noodle actually looked quite presentable, with lots of garnishing and prawns. The soup is made from prawn and pork stock and served with your choice of noodles, either mee, meehoon or meehoon + mee.
